OUTLIAR

OutLiar is a 2D stealth platformer game, set in a city controlled by a corrupt government.

The story centres around an insurgent called X-9-9 who needs to travel the streets of District 12 and get into an underground facility to locate and shut down a powerful military device that is in the hands of this corrupt government. 

You have been augmented to use multiple abilities such as dashing & wall jumping to traverse the world and avoid the authorities.
